No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win a Prestige Prizes sweepstake. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Prestige Prizes LLC and members of their immediate families, and persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to participate.
To enter, visit prestigeprizes.com during the sweepstake period, create a free account (or log in to your existing account), and submit your entry. Limit one (1) entry per person per draw unless otherwise stated in the specific sweepstake rules.
Each sweepstake has its own start and end date, which will be clearly displayed on the sweepstake page. Entries submitted outside of the sweepstake period will not be considered.
Winners will be selected by random computer-generated draw from all eligible entries received by the closing date. Draws are independently audited. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each sweepstake.
Potential winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. Winners must respond within 7 calendar days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Upon winning notification, participants have 72 hours (3 business days) to formally claim their prize through the platform. If the prize is not collected within this period, the win will be removed from the contest and the prize will be considered forfeited. Forfeited prize status will be recorded and displayed in the winner's account under the My Prizes section. No exceptions will be made after the 72-hour window has closed.
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. A Form 1099-MISC will be issued for prizes valued at $600 or more per calendar year.
Prestige Prizes reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the described prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
This sweepstake is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local regulations apply.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, username, email address, phone number, city, and state when you create an account or enter a sweepstake. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used.
We use industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption to protect your data in transit. Passwords are stored as salted bcrypt hashes — we never store your plain-text password. Our servers are hosted in SOC 2-certified data centers.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Period.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (such as language and theme). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@prestigeprizes.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days.

By accessing or using the Prestige Prizes platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at security@prestigeprizes.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any prizes.
All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Prestige Prizes LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Prestige Prizes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.
